If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of our products, you may bring your products, accompanied by a receipt dated less than fourteen days from the purchase date, to any of our locations for a refund or exchange. Products in resalable will be refunded in the manner in which they were purchased. Non-resalable items in acceptable conditions may be exchanged for merchandise valued at the same price. Nellai Marts Inc reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange.

Please keep the products and packing for this reason. If the items are not available, nellaimarts.com will not be able to reship those damaged items.
